What is Peppol?
Peppol stands for "Pan-European Public Procurement Online" and is a network that has been developed to facilitate electronic invoicing and other forms of electronic communication between businesses and also governments in Europe.
The use of Peppol for invoicing between businesses (B2B) will be mandatory in Belgium from January 1st 2026.
Our clients are already prepared for this legal obligation thanks to our choice to work with Odoo.

Standardisation

Erkend Access Point
Odoo is a so-called "access point" for Peppol. This means that any company connected to the Peppol network can exchange invoices with your accounting software.
Peppol vendor bills from your suppliers
Suppliers send an E-invoice via Peppol to your business, you receive the invoice directly in your accounting software.
Peppol sales invoices to your customers
The sales invoices you create in Odoo can be sent to your customers via the Peppol network with a simple press of a button.
Gratis via Odoo
No additional software or subscription is required to send and receive Peppol invoices through your accounting software. This service is provided to you free of charge by Odoo!
Practical
Registration
Your Odoo file needs to be registered on the Peppol network. This is a simple action that we carry out together with our clients.
Invoicing and shipping with Odoo
Next, we provide a short training on how you can invoice with Odoo and how you can easily send these invoices via the Peppol network.
Adjustment of your database
We make some adjustments to your Odoo database so that Peppol invoices stand out more in your accounts. From then on, you will also receive an email every time you receive a Peppol invoice, so you are aware that an invoice has arrived that you may still need to pay.
